I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were smartly designed with everything a traveler needs, but there was a slight issue with smoke smell. The service was top-notch, with a caring and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring London, but there were some maintenance issues. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, and the facilities added to a comfortable stay.
